Guest Cancellations
Full refund. No questions asked. Cancel via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours before your scheduled experience.
No refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience start time are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your experience with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability, at no additional cost. Please contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a reschedule.
Cancellations by Hidden Road Tours
If Hidden Road Tours cancels an experience due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as early as possible.
Weather Policy
Light rain is part of Kerala and experiences continue with appropriate equipment. In the case of heavy rain, unsafe road conditions or extreme weather that makes an experience unsafe, we will offer a reschedule or full refund. Your safety is not negotiable.
