There is nothing wrong with those experiences. But they represent a fraction of what Alleppey actually is. The fishermen, the farmers, the toddy tappers, the beach football, the village kitchens — these are the parts that most visitors never see.
So we built a small-group experience company designed around local people, food, stories and everyday life.
Two experiences. Morning and evening. Maximum ten guests each. Never more than twenty people per day.
We'd rather host ten people exceptionally well than rush a hundred people through the same itinerary.

Every vehicle is owned and maintained by AlleppeyLocal. We do not use third-party operators.

Helmets provided
Helmets are provided for all guests on all experiences, without exception.
Cleanliness
Vehicles are cleaned before every experience. Guests should expect a well-maintained ride.

Trained Hosts
Our hosts are trained in customer service, route management and safety procedures before leading any experience.
Maintained Vehicles
Our fleet is regularly inspected and maintained. Vehicles are not used if they do not meet our standards.
Safety Equipment
Appropriate helmets and safety equipment are provided for all guests on all experiences.
Small Groups
Maximum 10 guests per experience. Small groups mean more attention, more flexibility and a safer environment.
Weather Aware
Experiences may be modified or postponed when conditions make an activity unsafe. Guest safety is never compromised.
Emergency Procedures
Clearly documented emergency and contingency procedures are in place. All hosts know what to do.
We do not claim specific licenses, permits, certifications or insurance coverage beyond what we have actually obtained. We believe in honest communication over marketing language.
